Casio's Crystal G-Shock Is the Most Expensive Ever Made

Casio unveiled its Blue Rose Project: the $80,000 MRG-D5000, the first retail G-Shock with an outer case and bezel machined entirely from blue sapphire crystal, limited to 20 units. It is joined by the $9,500 MRG-B5000SA-2 (500 pieces) and the $850 GMW-B5000SB-1A.
