Shinhan Bank data breach hits 25,000 customers, full compensation promised

Shinhan Bank disclosed a data breach affecting about 25,000 customers after an external party bypassed authentication. Leaked data includes names, phone numbers, income and loan limits, plus 66 resident registration numbers and 97 CI values. The bank blocked external IPs, opened a breach-check service and pledged full compensation for financial losses.
