USPS tests dashcams on 100 mail trucks in Washington, D.C.

The US Postal Service launched a pilot with Nextbase, equipping 100 delivery vehicles around Washington, D.C. with cameras to scan roads, signage and sidewalks. The test began Sept. 21 and will run for several months; no license plate recognition is used.
