Pentagon orders Cyber Command to act after suicide deaths

Pentagon cyber policy chief Katherine Sutton sent U.S. Cyber Command a memo with seven mandatory steps to protect personnel after a summer cluster of suicides. The first two steps, due within 30 days, require four years of climate survey data and an agreement with NSA to share mental health professionals in operational spaces.
