China drafts technical standards for autonomous satellite coordination

An expert panel convened by China's Institute of Command and Control approved work on 10 voluntary technical standards for autonomous satellite coordination and data sharing at a September 21 meeting in Beijing. Defense-linked institutions, including PLA Unit 61646 and CAST's 513 Institute, took part in drafting.
