SF Dem Party Chair Blocked Flock Resolution After $10K Donation

San Francisco Democratic Party Chair Nancy Tung received $10,000 from billionaire Chris Larsen on Aug. 6, then bought a $347 ticket to Flock Safety's conference on Aug. 19 and blocked a resolution restricting Flock license-plate-reader data on Aug. 26. The resolution later failed, while a separate resolution supporting the technology was approved.
