Patent suit between Chinese suppliers hits Tesla's Texas solar factory

Linton Crystal Technologies, owned by China's Dalian Linton, sued Zhejiang Jingsheng in the Eastern District of Texas over two patents covering seed lifting and rotating systems in Czochralski pullers. Jingsheng reportedly won a roughly 3 billion yuan (~$420 million) Tesla order for crystal pullers for its 100 GW Project Crystal Sun factory.
