Pi integrates MCP into its core after publicly rejecting it

Earendil, the company behind the Pi coding assistant, has added Model Context Protocol support to the product's core, despite previously stating publicly that Pi would not support MCP. The original objection was the token cost of composing tool calls, now addressed via Codemode, a JavaScript sandbox for chaining MCP calls without burning context.
