Stolen Flock Camera Held 1.6M Vehicle Images

A man removed a Flock Safety license-plate camera from its roadside mount and reverse-engineered it, recovering about 1.6 million images, 27,000 short video clips and records on 50,200 vehicles from just 21 days of local storage. The encryption key was stored on the device itself; Flock's cloud platform was reportedly not compromised.
