DoorDash unveils DoorDash Air drone for 5-minute food delivery

DoorDash showed off DoorDash Air, its custom delivery drone with six propellers that handles about 80% of typical restaurant orders and averages under 5 minutes from restaurant to door. First flights start in Northern California in the coming months with Chipotle, Popeyes and Momo N Curry. DoorDash also launched $7.99 Dasher Returns and iMessage ordering.
