Indeed: AI skills boost IT pay, but mostly for senior roles

According to Indeed Hiring Lab, pay in AI-exposed occupations has grown 46% since 2021 versus 25% for the least-exposed roles. The post-ChatGPT AI skills premium is 5.7%, but senior roles saw 45% growth, midlevel 12%, and entry level just 2%.
