Aspirity to buy majority stake in Danish IoT firm Onomondo

London-based Aspirity Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Copenhagen IoT company Onomondo as part of an investment exceeding €100m, with Denmark's state fund EIFO increasing its stake. The deal needs regulatory approval and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
