Hanwha Aerospace begins assembly of reusable rocket demonstrator

Hanwha Aerospace and KARI have started full assembly of a reusable technology demonstrator: a 12.2-meter, 6.4-ton vehicle powered by a single 8-ton engine with thrust modulation. Flight tests with vertical takeoff and landing are planned for 2028 to mature technology for a reusable first stage.
