HPE Labs ties AI sovereignty to quantum security

HPE Labs director Andrew Wheeler said customers now consistently raise data sovereignty alongside AI and quantum computing. HPE is developing post-quantum cryptography, quantum key distribution and confidential computing to protect data in use.
