Infineon and Eaton partner on SiC solid-state transformers for 800VDC data centers

Infineon will supply Eaton with silicon carbide power devices for its medium-voltage solid-state transformer platform MVSST 2.0. The partnership targets 800VDC power distribution for AI data centers with racks up to 1MW, reducing conversion losses.
