Mac mini M6: $899, 12-core CPU and up to 32GB memory

Apple launched the Mac mini M6 starting at $899, or $799 for education. It keeps the 5-inch-square chassis while adding a 12-core CPU, up to 32GB of unified memory, Thunderbolt 4, Wi-Fi 7 and support for three external displays. It went on sale Sept. 22.
