Ex-PlayStation lead: Sony and Nintendo should extend current console generation

Former PlayStation boss Shuhei Yoshida said on The Vergecast that Sony and Nintendo should keep their current hardware generations going as long as possible amid rising component prices. He argued users are happy with PS5 and Switch 2 and unlikely to upgrade soon.
