Apheris and Ginkgo launch consortium to train AI on 10,000 antibodies

Berlin-based Apheris and Ginkgo Datapoints launched the Antibody Developability Consortium with founding members AbbVie, argenx, Lundbeck and Takeda. Using Apheris's federated infrastructure, members will train AI models on a standardised dataset of 10,000 antibodies without exposing proprietary sequences; the first dataset is due in early 2027.
