GitLab ships critical patch across 19.4, 19.3 and 19.2

On 23 September GitLab released a critical patch covering three active branches at once: 19.4.1, 19.3.3 and 19.2.7. Two disclosed issues are rated Critical, and some fixes are Enterprise Edition only. Multi-node instances can patch with zero downtime, while single-node installs require a maintenance window.
