Surface Laptop 13 Gen 2 Ships October 13 at $1,199

Microsoft unveiled the second-generation 13-inch Surface Laptop at Qualcomm's Snapdragon Summit. It moves to a Snapdragon X2 Plus X2P-42-100 with an 80 TOPS NPU, a 500-nit display and Windows Hello, but costs $300 more at $1,199 when it ships October 13.
