Microsoft details NeedyMantis malware used for long-term access

Microsoft published a technical analysis of a malware family called NeedyMantis, used to keep long-term access to already breached networks. The tool has appeared in a small number of targeted intrusions at telecom firms, universities, medical nonprofits, intergovernmental organizations and government contractors.
