New York weighs 20+ e-bike laws, including a Class 3 ban

New York City lawmakers are set to consider more than 20 micromobility bills covering e-bikes, scooters, delivery apps and enforcement. Three proposals target Class 3 e-bikes (up to 25 mph), which are currently legal, seeking to ban their sale, rental and use on public streets.
