Florida Moved Flock Cameras to Private Land After FDOT Ban

After FDOT's Aug. 31, 2026 order to remove Flock ALPR cameras from state highway rights-of-way, Polk County relocated some cameras to private property where they keep scanning the same roads. Several counties, including Jacksonville and Putnam, ended their Flock programs entirely.
