82% of workers want AI monitoring disclosure to be legally required

An Owl Labs survey of 8,000 workers worldwide found that 58% believe their employer uses AI monitoring tools, while 82% want disclosure of such monitoring to be a legal requirement. Employees also report higher workload expectations and stress linked to AI.
