MaxLinear launches Puma 9 platform for DOCSIS 4.0 and Wi-Fi 8

MaxLinear announced Puma 9, a next-generation DOCSIS platform to accelerate D4.0/D3.1+ multi-gigabit rollouts. It supports Edge AI, personal AI, Wi-Fi 8, post-quantum cryptography and DDR5 memory, and targets compliance with NIST IR 8425A, RED and CRA.
