Physical AI chip startup SiMa.ai raises $150M at $1.45B valuation

SiMa.ai announced a $150 million Series C round at a $1.45 billion valuation. The funds will scale its Palette Neat development environment and fund the next generation of its Modalix system-on-chip for embedded robotics, targeting 1,000 TOPS in the first half of 2028.
