Tesla's Optimus production hits snags with hands, The Information reports

Tesla has ramped Optimus output roughly tenfold to several hundred robots a week, up from a few dozen in Q2, but The Information reports that hand and joint assembly, unreliable touch sensors and immature software are holding back scaling. Tesla aims for more than 1,000 units a week by the end of 2026.
