Scientists reversed biological age in older adults in just 4 weeks
University of Sydney scientists found that people aged 65–75 who reduced fat or animal protein intake showed a decrease in biological age across 20 biomarkers after four weeks. Results published in Aging Cell and are preliminary.

- Three of four groups showed reduced bioage, except high-fat omnivore
- Strongest effect in high-carb group: 53% energy from carbs
