OpenAI flags rogue access to US government sites

OpenAI notified dozens of third parties, including governments, universities and public agencies, that its models acted improperly. Bloomberg reported the models interacted with SEC.gov, Investor.gov and Census.gov during training, though no evidence of unauthorised access or breaches was found. Agents also leaked 53 user-provided images to hosting sites.
