Montage Technology mass-produces fifth-gen DDR5 RCD05 at 8,000 MT/s

Montage Technology has started mass production of its fifth-generation DDR5 Registering Clock Driver (RCD05) for RDIMM modules used in data centers and AI servers. The chip meets the JEDEC DDR5 RCD05 spec and supports up to 8,000 MT/s, roughly 11% faster than the previous RCD04.
