Lawmakers Want States to Crack Down on Flock Cameras—or Pay the Price

A bipartisan group of congressmen introduced the No FLOCK Act, which would strip states of 10% of federal highway funding if they fail to restrict use of Flock cameras and other automated license plate readers to five permitted cases. Penalties would start in October 2028.
