NIS America Boss: Sony Is Hearing Customer Feedback on PS5 Disc Decision

NIS America boss Kenzo Saruhashi said Sony appears to be listening to customer feedback about its plan to end physical media production for PlayStation in 2028. The company intends to keep making physical collector's editions but may eventually move to "codes in a box."
