Xiaomi 18 Pro, vivo X500 and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6: week in review

Qualcomm unveiled the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and Extreme Gen 6, both built on TSMC's 2nm process. Xiaomi launched the 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max with dual 200MP Leica cameras, 7,000mAh and 8,500mAh batteries, priced from CNY 5,999 and CNY 6,999. vivo announced three X500 models on Dimensity 9600, on sale in China from September 30.
