US Air Force receives first CCA 'robot wingmen' drones for autonomous combat trials

The US Air Force has taken delivery of its first two Collaborative Combat Aircraft at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada: Anduril's YFQ-44A Fury and General Atomics' YFQ-42A Vengeance. The semi-autonomous drones will be tested alongside crewed fighters in contested airspace, including carrying AIM-120 AMRAAM missiles on a pilot's command.
