Five Indianapolis Cops Charged With Abusing Flock Cameras

Newly unsealed court documents show five Indianapolis police officers have been charged with abusing the department's Flock automatic license plate readers. One, 18-year veteran Jonathan Schultz, used 300 cameras to stalk multiple women, including his ex-wife. The Institute for Justice has recorded at least 244 separate cases of ALPR abuse in the US.
