Rockstar opens $400 GTA VI collector's box pre-orders with no game included

Rockstar has unveiled the Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, a $399.99 collector's edition that does not include a copy of the game. Pre-orders are open in North America and Europe ahead of its November 19 launch.
