Okta: every AI agent needs an ID badge, a boss and an off switch

At Oktane 2026 Okta unveiled its Blueprint for the Secure Agentic Enterprise and a 12-member alliance including AWS, Google Cloud and Salesforce. Agent SSO is free for all Okta customers, while paid Okta for AI Agents adds an Agent Gateway in Q3 and expanded kill switches in Q4. An Okta poll found only 13% of Australian tech leaders can shut down a rogue agent across all systems.
