Leak: Galaxy S27 Ultra to get up to 16GB LPDDR6 and 1TB UFS 5.1
A leak claims the Galaxy S27 Ultra will come in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB variants with LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.1 storage. The S27 lineup is said to use M16 OLED panels on the Ultra and Pro, Exynos 2700 or Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chips, and higher prices.
- Ultra: 12GB RAM with 256/512GB or 16GB RAM with 1TB
- LPDDR6 memory and UFS 5.1 storage replace LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0
